2021 BENEFICIARY – The WRK Group
The WRK Group (The Warehouse, REACH Riverside & Kingswood Community Center) is a collective of three nonprofits WRKing together to revitalize the Riverside and Northeast Wilmington neighborhoods by creating pathways out of poverty for the lowest-income residents.
Our collective mission is to empower the community to reach its full potential by eliminating the barriers of structural racism and revolutionizing teen engagement.
Capano Foundation Raises $300K for WRK Group
With funds comprised from our annual golf tournament, its participants, sponsors and the foundation itself- The Louis Capano Foundation is proud to announce a donation of $300,000 to the WRK/Reach Riverside Group.
The goals of The WRK Group match the mission of LCFF to give back to the state of Delaware by aligning with causes dedicated to improving the lives of children and families facing the hardships of sickness and poverty, Louis Capano III said.
